Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YouTube live shopping order
management service ("Service") provided by LiveChatOrder ("Company", "we", "us"), including the
website, web application, and Chrome extension. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the order collection, customer management, payment lookup, and shipping management features the Company provides for YouTube live shopping.
- "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms and enters into a usage agreement with the Company.
- "Chrome Extension" means the browser extension installed in Chrome to use the Service.
3. Effect and Amendment of Terms
- These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or otherwise communicated to Members.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law.
- When the Terms are changed, the Company will give at least 7 days' advance notice.
4. Provision of the Service
The Service includes, among others:
- Automatic collection of YouTube live chat orders
- Customer information management (nickname, contact, address)
- Bank deposit/withdrawal lookup via integration
- Order document printing (including combined packing)
- Shipping tracking and sales reporting
5. Google and YouTube Integration
The registration page provides an optional "Sign in with Google" feature that retrieves your
YouTube channel name (read-only) to pre-fill your nickname. By using this feature:
You may revoke access at any time via the Google Account Permissions page.
6. Member Obligations
- Members must not:
- Impersonate others or misuse others' information
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Sell illegal products through the Service
- Infringe the Company's intellectual property rights
- Members are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
7. Company Obligations
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide a stable Service.
- The Company protects Members' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- The Company will make efforts to promptly restore the Service in the event of a failure.
8. Suspension of the Service
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, force majeure, or other unavoidable reasons.
- The Company will provide notice in advance where practicable, or afterward in urgent cases.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the Member.
- The Company is not liable for disputes between Members or between a Member and a third party.
- The Company is not liable for service limitations resulting from policy changes by external platforms such as YouTube, Google, or the Chrome Web Store.
10. Termination
- Members may terminate the usage agreement at any time using the account withdrawal feature.
- The Company may terminate the agreement after notice if a Member violates these Terms.
- Upon termination, Member data is retained for the period required by law and then deleted.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
- The Company and Members will seek to resolve any dispute amicably through consultation.
- If unresolved, the courts having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall have jurisdiction.
These Terms are effective as of June 28, 2026.
